From aerospace engineering to Dubai real estate
Rohollah Rohparwar is a German-Afghan expat who brought aerospace-grade engineering discipline into Dubai’s property market. Born and raised in Hamburg, he spent three years as a steam management consultant on Airbus’s long-range program (the A380 and A350), engineering manufacturing precision into airline-safe systems.
In 2018 he moved to Dubai as a management consultant, then began investing in property himself. During the pandemic, when global travel paused and most operators retreated, he scaled into First Class Property Management. Today it’s the largest and fastest-growing short-term rental company in the region. His team of 160+ manages over 700 units at a consistent 92% occupancy.
He now works closely with international investors, particularly from the DACH region, who want a one-stop partner across the full lifecycle of an asset.
