Rohollah Rohparwar is a German-Afghan expat who brought aerospace-grade engineering to Dubai property. Born and raised in Hamburg, he spent three years as a lean-management consultant on Airbus‘ long-range program — the A380 and A350 — engineering manufacturing precision into airline-safe systems. He moved to Dubai as a management consultant, then began investing in property himself.
In 2018 he bought a single apartment. During the pandemic — when global travel paused and most operators retreated — he scaled it into First Class Property Management, today the largest and fastest-growing short-term rental firm in the region. His team of 160+ manages over 700+ units at a consistent 92% occupancy.
He works closely with international investors — particularly from the DACH region — who want a one-stop partner across the full lifecycle of an asset.
